Don spent his corporate career as a senior level executive in the enterprise applications and technology industry focused on defining and executing strategic Sales and Marketing programs to drive revenue growth and optimize profitability. Don most recently worked for SiriusDecisions, a market leading research and advisory firm, as a Consulting Director in their Sales practice. Prior to this he was a member of the Executive Leadership Team for Cordys, a Dutch based PaaS provider, with global responsibility for Field Enablement, Sales Operations, and Solutions Consulting.

Don has held leadership roles in Sales, Sales Enablement and Training, Pre-Sales Consulting, and various Marketing roles with Kronos Incorporated, The Baan ERP Company, Xerox Computer Services, and several startup and early stage ventures. His work with global colleagues and business partners has been particularly rewarding, helping establish common frameworks and processes that bridge cultural differences and address the challenges facing companies of all sizes doing business around the world.

education / personal

Don resides in Leominster, Mass, where he tends to his organic fruit and vegetable gardens, spends time with his married daughters and new grandson, and pursues his own journey into a new phase of service, sharing his experience and insights to support others in writing and living in their own personal stories of abundance and prosperity. His work is always grounded in a simple motto that he developed years ago while working in the corporate world: simplify, focus, execute!

career

Over the course of his career Don has refined his mentoring, coaching, and facilitation skills and has been involved in many cross-functional initiatives to align Sales, Marketing, Product, and Service teams. To leverage this leadership experience and his work helping develop the careers of many team members over the years Don has started his own coaching and consulting practice focused on helping people pursue their personal and professional dreams and goals.
