Building the Pyramid of Life

Think about your life like building a pyramid.

Here is what we mean…..each day is a building block.

You don’t need to think about the entire year or winning the decade, just think about what you can do to build today’s building block.

Physically, mentally, financially, and in your relationships. These are all different components of a daily block.

Physically – are you eating healthy? Drinking water? Exercising? Move your body. Physical fitness is a wealth builder. It is a fact that people who work out actually do better financially.

Mentally – what is your studying habit? What are you reading and or feeding your brain?

Financially – if you have a job are you doing the best that you can? Are you giving 110%? You do not first get paid more then do more. You do more and then you get paid more. Do your best for your own integrity and to be the best version of yourself. What are you doing today differently to raise the bar?

Relationships – when was the last time you expressed gratitude to the people in your life? How did you treat your spouse, your children, your co-workers this morning?

Analyze your day yesterday. If you are getting “zero’s” in each category then there is no growth there.

Use yesterday as a lesson.

Don’t beat yourself up, just make a change and do something differently.

Utilize these things to help you stay on track and build your pyramid strong:

  3. Life Script
